Button Head Screws

System Hardware is our new high performance hardware set.

The screws are made from 18-8 stainless steel, making them much stronger, and resistant to corrosion and stripping. The locking nuts are grade 2 zinc plated with nylon inserts.

Counter sinking screws can cause stress around the screw holes, so we use a button head with a 1/8" hex socket.

To provide even more fastening power, System Hardware uses a nylon seat washer mounted between the screw head and the deck. The seat washer delivers a more positive connection, especially when using grip-tape.
